This website is operated by Fort Sentinel. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fort Sentinel. We offer this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it, conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
By visiting fortsentinel.com or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the website. If you do not agree to them, you may not access the website or use the Service. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products or Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, or transmit viruses, destructive code, or other harmful material. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.
2. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.
You understand that content you submit, other than payment information, may be transferred over various networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment information is encrypted during transfer over networks.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.
3. Accuracy and timeliness of information
Information on this site is provided for general information. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on site material is at your own risk.
We may modify site content at any time, but we are not obligated to update any information except as required by law.
4. Changes to the Service and prices
Product prices may change without notice. We will collect applicable taxes when required by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
5. Products and services
Products and services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns are governed by the return terms below.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display them accurately.
We may limit sales by person, household, geographic region, jurisdiction, or order. We may limit quantities, change descriptions or prices, or discontinue products at any time. Any offer is void where prohibited.
6. Billing and account information
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order. Restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the details provided with the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete transactions and contact you when needed.
7. Returns, refunds, and defective products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, email support@fortsentinel.com with photo or video evidence. Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. Defective product claims must be submitted within 365 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 90 days after delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping and priority shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not currently offer exchanges.
Before sending a return, email support@fortsentinel.com for approval and return instructions. Returns sent without approval, or to an address not provided by our support team, may not be accepted. Use a tracked shipping service and package the item carefully. We cannot refund a return that is lost in transit or arrives damaged because it was not packaged securely.
8. Optional tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
9. Third-party links
Some content, products, or services may include material from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, products, or services.
Review a third party’s policies before entering into a transaction. Questions about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.
10. Comments and submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, proposals, or other submissions, you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and translate them without restriction or compensation, subject to applicable law.
You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party right or contain unlawful, abusive, obscene, misleading, or harmful material. You are responsible for your submissions and their accuracy.

- submit false or misleading information;
- transmit malware or harmful code;

- use the Service for an obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.
We may terminate your access for violating these restrictions.
14. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all products and services delivered through it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Service or any product. Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and severed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
17. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them by ceasing to use the Service. We may terminate or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms and any policies posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service and supersede prior agreements and communications. A failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
19. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver
Arbitration agreement. This section applies to transactions involving shipments or communications into the United States or with United States residents. Such transactions are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. Except for excluded disputes described below, any dispute between you and us arising from the website, products, services, or these Terms will be resolved by final, binding arbitration on an individual basis.
Arbitration will be administered by JAMS under the rules appropriate to the dispute. Where eligible, expedited or streamlined procedures will apply. Each party will pay its own filing and arbitration costs, subject to remedies available under applicable law. If you cannot pay the arbitration costs, we will pay them, subject to the arbitrator’s authority to reallocate costs. If JAMS is unavailable, the parties will attempt to agree on another provider. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, either party may ask a court of competent jurisdiction to appoint an arbitrator.
The arbitrator may award the same individual relief available in court. The award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement survives termination of your relationship with us.
Excluded disputes. Arbitration does not apply to claims concerning alleged violations of intellectual property rights, individual claims in small claims court, claims that applicable federal law expressly makes non-arbitrable, or claims for injunctive relief.
Class-action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we agree to bring disputes only in an individual capacity, not as a class or collective action. An arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief.
One-year time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the Service must be filed within one year after the event giving rise to it. After that period, the claim is time-barred.
Jury-trial waiver. Except for excluded disputes, you and we waive the right to have disputes decided by a judge or jury and elect individual arbitration instead.
Location. You may choose arbitration by video conference or written submissions. Otherwise, arbitration will take place where you reside or at another location agreed by both parties.
20. Governing law
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
21. Notice to California users
If the website or Service is considered an electronic commercial service under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents may submit grievances to the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
